Getting Started

REPLR is a platform for creating AI companions with real personality, infinite memory, and natural voice. You can create custom AI characters, chat with them via text or voice, and share them with the world.

Visit replr.ai/signup and enter your email, username, and password. You can also sign up with Google or Discord OAuth. After signing up, verify your email to unlock all features.

From your dashboard, click 'Create Character'. Give it a name, write personality instructions (what it should act like), choose a model, and optionally set a greeting message. Click create and start chatting immediately.

Personality instructions are the system prompt that defines how your character behaves. Write them in natural language — describe the character's personality, knowledge, speaking style, and any rules it should follow.

Yes! You can browse the marketplace and try featured characters as a guest with limited messages. To create your own characters and get full features, you'll need to create a free account.

REPLR is powered by our proprietary AI engine, fine-tuned for personality and conversation. The engine continuously improves to deliver higher quality and more natural responses. All capabilities are available on all plans.

Yes, the Free plan includes 50 messages per day, 1 character, and basic memory. Paid plans (Plus $12/mo, Pro $30/mo, Creator $50/mo) unlock unlimited messages, voice, more characters, and advanced features.

Voice is available on Plus plans and above. Open any conversation and click the microphone icon. Allow browser microphone access when prompted. Speak naturally — your character will respond with its configured voice.
