Cookie Policy

Effective: March 2026

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function properly, improve user experience, and provide information to site operators. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies REPLR, Inc. ("REPLR," "we," "us," or "our") uses, why we use them, and your choices regarding their use.

2. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

We categorize the cookies used on REPLR into the following types:

CategoryCookiePurposeDuration
Strictly Necessaryreplr_tokenAuthentication session token (JWT). Required for logged-in functionality.Session / 30 days
Strictly Necessary__stripe_midStripe fraud prevention identifier. Set during payment flows.1 year
FunctionalthemeStores your light/dark mode preference.1 year
Functionalguest_sessionTemporary session identifier for unauthenticated users on share/embed pages. Contains no personal data.Session
Analytics_replr_analyticsFirst-party analytics cookie. Stores a hashed, non-identifiable session identifier for aggregate usage statistics. No personal data is stored.90 days

3. STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES

These cookies are essential for the operation of the Service. They enable core functionality such as user authentication and payment processing. Without these cookies, the services you have requested cannot be provided. Because they are strictly necessary, these cookies cannot be refused or disabled.

4. FUNCTIONAL COOKIES

Functional cookies enable the Service to remember choices you have made (such as your theme preference or language) and provide enhanced, personalized features. These cookies do not track your browsing activity on other websites. Disabling functional cookies may result in a reduced user experience (e.g., your theme preference will not persist between visits).

5. ANALYTICS COOKIES

We use first-party analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Service. Our analytics system is privacy-preserving: IP addresses are hashed (SHA-256) before storage, and we do not use any third-party analytics providers that track users across websites. Analytics data is used exclusively to improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of the Service.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar third-party tracking technologies.

6. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

The only third-party cookies set on the REPLR platform are those required by Stripe for secure payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe's use of cookies is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not permit any other third-party cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes.

7. LOCAL STORAGE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage to store your authentication token and certain user preferences. Local storage functions similarly to cookies but allows for larger data storage. The same principles described in this policy apply to our use of local storage.

8. MANAGING YOUR COOKIE PREFERENCES

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are stored and delete individual cookies
  • Block all cookies or third-party cookies
  • Clear all cookies when you close the browser
  • Set preferences for certain websites

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using authenticated features of the Service. For instructions on managing cookies in your specific browser, please refer to your browser's help documentation.

9. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

The Service honors Do Not Track ("DNT") signals transmitted by your browser. When we detect a DNT signal, we disable all non-essential analytics cookies for that session.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. CONTACT US

If you have questions about our use of cookies or this Cookie Policy, please contact us at privacy@replr.ai.
